According to authorities, Waxhaw Police responded to a call around 4:15 p.m. at a home along Pescott Glen Park, just off Waxhaw-Marvin Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 49-year-old Inol Toussaint deceased in the backyard from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Inside the home, his wife, Euster Toussaint, was found dead upstairs. We ask everyone to keep the victim’s family and loved ones involved in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time,” he said. Chief Wilson also emphasized the importance of seeking help, encouraging those experiencing domestic violence to reach out for support and utilize available resources.
