At approximately 2:45 a.m., a devastating multi-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 95 North near mile marker 63 in Fayetteville. The collision involved a charter bus, a pickup truck, an SUV, and an Amazon vehicle. Dawson, the driver of a GMC, was critically injured in the crash.
He was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where medical professionals fought to save his life. Despite their efforts, Dawson sadly succumbed to his injuries.
This tragic accident has left family, friends, and the entire community mourning the loss of a young man whose life held so much promise.
