At approximately 3 a.m., emergency personnel from both the Anaheim Police and Fire Departments responded to a report at the 2100 block of West Crescent Avenue, where a homeless woman was found unconscious and bleeding inside a tent located in what authorities described as a “large unoccupied field” on the north side of the street.
