WADESBORO POLICE ARREST MAN FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION AND DRUG CHARGES

WADESBORO, NC (August 27, 2025) — The Wadesboro Police Department has announced the arrest of Bradley Chambers (DOB: 11/23/1999) in connection with a Domestic Violence Protective Order (DVPO) violation and drug-related offenses.

Incident Details

On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, Wadesboro Police Officers Yarbrough and Tupper responded to a call regarding a reported DVPO violation. Upon arriving at the scene, the victim provided officers with the identity of the alleged offender, Bradley Chambers.

A short time later, Chambers was spotted walking in the vicinity of the incident location. Officers quickly detained him without incident.

Evidence Recovered

During a search incident to arrest, officers discovered a bag in Chambers’ possession containing approximately 1.12 ounces of marijuana. Based on the quantity and packaging, authorities determined there was intent to distribute.

Charges Filed

Chambers has been formally charged with:

  • Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order
  • Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana

Due to the serious nature of the DVPO violation, Chambers is being held without bond at the Anson County Jail pending his first court appearance.
