Jason Menda, 55, Dies in Motorcycle Collision in Huber Heights

Huber Heights, OH — The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office has identified Jason Menda, 55, as the motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a collision with an SUV on August 18, 2025. Menda succumbed to his injuries at Miami Valley Hospital following the crash.

According to the Huber Heights Police Division, emergency crews were dispatched at approximately 5:27 p.m. to the intersection of Chambersburg Road and the exit ramp from Ohio 4, after reports of a serious accident involving a silver motorcycle and a silver SUV. Upon arrival, first responders found Menda critically injured. Despite rapid medical attention and transport to the hospital, he did not survive.

The individuals in the SUV were also transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment of potential injuries. The Huber Heights Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision to determine its cause.
