    On Sunday, August 24, 2025, at approximately 2:33 a.m., Marshall Police Patrol officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 400 block of W. Pinecrest Drive. Shortly after, police were alerted that a gunshot victim had arrived at a local hospital with gunshot wounds to both legs.

    Swift Investigation and Multi-Agency Collaboration

    Detectives from the Marshall Police Department Criminal Investigation Division (CID), in partnership with the Joint Harrison County Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, immediately launched an investigation.
