  • Mugshots Released in Baby Emmanuel Case as Search Intensifies

Mugshots Released in Baby Emmanuel Case as Search Intensifies

CABAZON, Calif. – The case surrounding missing baby Emmanuel Haro has taken a chilling turn as authorities released the mugshots of his parents, Rebecca and Jake Haro, who are now charged with his murder. The 7-month-old — who investigators now believe may have actually been closer to nine months old — has not been seen in over a month, and the question that continues to haunt the community is: Where is Emmanuel?

Allegations of Murder and Disturbing Evidence Found

Rebecca and Jake Haro were arrested by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office and are facing charges of murder with malice — a serious charge under California law indicating prosecutors believe the killing was either intentional or so reckless that it is treated as intentional.

During the investigation, law enforcement officials made disturbing discoveries inside the Haro family home. Blood evidence was reportedly found in the residence, and investigators were later seen removing sections of the home’s flooring — a move that suggests they were searching for additional evidence potentially tied to Emmanuel’s disappearance. Perhaps most unsettling, authorities noted that nearly all signs of baby Emmanuel had been erased from the house. His photos, clothes, and belongings were gone, as though he had never lived there at all.

Family Turmoil and a Pattern of Violence

This case has also drawn attention to Jake Haro’s troubling past. He has a history of violence, including a previous accusation of brutally beating his 10-week-old daughter to the point she nearly died. Adding to the turmoil, court documents revealed that Jake’s ex-wife, Isabel Gonzalez, recently filed for a domestic violence restraining order against him on August 19 in Riverside family court. The request also seeks protection for their shared child. A hearing on the matter is set for September 9.

Suspicious Activity at the Haro Home

Authorities responded to multiple incidents at the Haro family property this week. On Wednesday night, Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputies were called after reports of a man seen walking the property, knocking on doors, and recording video. Surveillance obtained by BYM News shows an unidentified man approaching the front door, taking an item, and leaving. Deputies were unable to locate him.

Additionally, CAL FIRE confirmed that a structure fire broke out near the property Tuesday night. Investigators say several individuals were seen leaving the area as the fire ignited. While officials have not linked the fire to Emmanuel’s disappearance, its timing and proximity to the Haro home have raised further suspicion.

    Ongoing Search for Emmanuel

Despite the arrests, investigators have not given up hope of finding Emmanuel. The search for the infant continues, with authorities pursuing every lead to determine what happened to him. Community members, advocates for missing children, and law enforcement officials are all desperate for answers.

“This case is heartbreaking,” said one investigator familiar with the matter. “We owe it to this little boy to find out what happened and bring him justice.”

Jake Haro has since been transferred to another detention facility under undisclosed circumstances, a move law enforcement sources call “unusual” in a case like this. Meanwhile, Rebecca Haro remains in custody as the investigation unfolds.

As the September court hearings approach, all eyes remain on this deeply troubling case. While arrests have been made, the most important question remains unanswered: Where is Baby Emmanuel Haro?

Muskogee County Parents Arrested After 11-Year-Old Daughter Gives Birth at Home

MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. — Authorities in Oklahoma have arrested Dustin and Cherie Walker, the parents of an 11-year-old girl who gave birth at home without any medical care, a case that has sparked outrage and deep concern across the community.

According to court records, the girl was approximately 36 weeks pregnant when she delivered a full-term baby on August 16 inside her family’s home. Investigators revealed the child had not visited a doctor in over a year and received no prenatal care throughout her pregnancy.

The girl’s parents, Dustin and Cherie Walker, told police they were unaware that their daughter was pregnant. However, authorities said the couple failed to provide adequate supervision, oversight, and necessary medical care. Both parents were taken into custody and are now facing child neglect charges. They are each being held on a $100,000 bond.

Following the incident, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services intervened and removed the 11-year-old along with her siblings from the home. The baby is reportedly in stable condition, though investigators have not released further details about the child’s current placement.

Meanwhile, investigators are waiting for the results of a DNA test to determine who fathered the baby. That finding will play a crucial role in the ongoing criminal investigation.

Community members and child advocates say the case highlights the importance of vigilance, early intervention, and resources for at-risk children. Officials have stressed that the situation remains under active investigation and that additional charges could follow depending on the outcome of the DNA results.
