SAVANNAH, Ga. — Savannah Police have arrested 17-year-old Zaki Lowe in connection to a deadly shooting that left 17-year-old Pitts dead in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, authorities confirmed Monday.
According to Savannah Police, Lowe was taken into custody with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service. He faces charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection to the incident.
