According to the Columbus Division of Police, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 1st Avenue, near North 4th Street, at approximately 4:45 a.m. following reports of gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
One victim was transported by medics to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where they are reported to be in stable condition. The second victim made their own way to Grant Medical Center, where they were admitted in critical condition. Their identities have not yet been released.
