Fatal Motorcycle Crash on I-45 Near SH 105 Cleared

CONROE, TX — Authorities have cleared the scene of a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on I-45 just north of SH 105. The tragic incident involved a single motorcyclist who lost his life after colliding with multiple vehicles on the northbound lanes.

According to preliminary reports, the rider was traveling northbound on I-45 when he struck one vehicle, was ejected from the motorcycle, and subsequently struck by another vehicle. The severity of the collision prompted an immediate emergency response.

Personnel from Montgomery County Hospital District (MCHD) and Conroe Fire Department responded quickly, administering life-saving measures at the scene. Despite their efforts, the motorcyclist was pronounced deceased on site. Authorities have not released the identity of the victim pending notification of next of kin.

Investigation and Road Closures

Traffic in the northbound lanes of I-45 was temporarily halted while first responders worked at the scene and cleared the wreckage. The crash remains under investigation by local law enforcement to determine the exact circumstances that led to the collision, including whether speed, weather, or other factors contributed.
